We had an excellent experience with Ashraf and the team of guides and drivers. We were traveling with 3 kids, including a 9-months old baby and the arrangements made by Ashraf for the cruise were excellent, at the right price. He also met us in person at the train station, very early as the night train from Cairo was almost on time! He was also always available and checking on us as we were continuing our trip to Aswan. A special mention to Dr. Mohamed who guided us in Luxor. No offense to all other great guides we had in Egypt, but his academic knowledge, coupled with the ease of communication, made for an experience on another level. Although we initially had some concern about wiring money, as opposed to credit card payment, all was smooth and reliable.
