As with any official business, there are terms and conditions that apply to all aspects of our agreement. By booking one of our tours, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions. To Secure Your Payment

To ensure the security of your payment, it is important that you inform Egypt Best Holidays of your tour request as soon as possible. Once we receive your request, we will work closely with you to finalize all the details and arrangements for your tour. We will then send you the completed itinerary for your final confirmation. Once you have reviewed and confirmed all the details in the itinerary as agreed, you will be required to make a deposit payment through either a wire transfer or credit card transaction. This will fully secure your booking and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for your upcoming trip.

Amendments by the Client

At Egypt Best Holidays, we understand that everyone has unique travel preferences and requirements, and that’s why we offer flexibility and customization options when booking your tour with us. We make it easy for you to tailor your itinerary to suit your needs, whether you want to add or remove specific activities or destinations. Simply inform our operations department of your requirements, and they will work with you to create a customized tour that fits your needs and desires. We will check availability, rates, and provide you with the best possible options for your personalized tour, ensuring you have the most memorable and enjoyable experience possible.

Payment Policy

  • It is recommended to make your tour reservations well in advance before the intended travel date. Once you have chosen a specific tour, you will be required to provide a deposit to secure your spot on the tour. The deposit amount will depend on the chosen tour, number of travelers, and the date of the tour. The deposit will be considered as part of your final payment.

  • It’s important to note that paying the full cost of your tour upon arrival is only applicable to overland tours that don’t require any booking of hotels or domestic flights. For other tours, such as those that include hotel bookings or flights, a deposit will be required to secure your spot. Also, it’s worth noting that while we accept payment in various currencies, the exchange rate used will be based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. The additional 3% bank fee for credit card payments is a standard fee charged by the bank and is not imposed by Egypt Best Holidays.
 

It is important to note that all deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Egypt Best Holidays. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy will depend on the type of tour and the cancellation date. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Also, please make sure that all payments made to Egypt Best Holidays are secure and only made through our official channels. We will not be responsible for any payments made through unauthorized channels.

Payment by Credit Card

When you are ready to make a payment, we will provide you with a secure link to complete the transaction. You will not need to provide us with any sensitive information, such as your credit or debit card details, as the transaction will be processed securely through the payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy of Egypt Best Holidays

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter time

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Postponing Your Tour

It’s important to note that any changes or cancellations to your booking may result in additional fees or charges, depending on the timing and reason for the change. Black Friday Offers

Offers are only available and valid on new inquiries made during the Black Friday sale. Our Black Friday offers may apply on seasonal & occasional holiday packages plus Exclusions may also apply.

Refunds

That is correct. In case of a cancellation, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment. However, please note that no refunds will be possible in case of a no-show for a present reservation.
